Scope of fitout
To demolish 2 entire floors and build a flexible office space that prioritises connectivity and collaboration.

- Tiered bench seating for informal meetings in the breakout area

- Vinyl flooring tracks for high traffic areas
Challenges
The building was dated and had been extended several times leaving the floors with multiple uneven levels which was unsuitable for an open plan layout.
Navigating construction complexities during the COVID-19 restrictions.
Solutions
The old fitout was demolished, openings were widened and some structural walls removed. A single level floor was created by using a high strength cement based self-levelling compound.
We implemented strict working conditions in adherence with government guidelines.
