Scope of fitout
To design and fitout a professional training and function facility in the Sydney CBD. The fitout needed to be aesthetically pleasing to trainees, guests and dignitaries and be a functional resource for the surveying community.
- Demolition of the existing area
- New ceilings, walls, specialty finishes and timber floors
- Installation of essential services
- New kitchen facilities including plumbing services
- Electrostatic spraying of lift doors, surrounds and window frames
- Construction of a vaulted ceiling and bulkheads
- Installation of bespoke lighting
- A new designer stone reception counter.
Challenges
The project was under a very tight timeframe. The exceptional quality of the finishes and fittings was not to be compromised.
