Convert the existing floor into a versatile workspace that promotes collaboration whilst ensuring distraction-free areas for staff to operate efficiently.

- Opening up the kitchen area by demolishing the existing partition.
- Zoning off the floor with three new half height partitions.
- Installing slatted walls placed between and above the partitions.
- Installing carpet in workstation areas to effectively reduce noise.
- Installing new power and data including new wireless access points.
- Refreshing the workspace by replacing outdated furniture.
- Installing new kitchen joinery.
- Painting new walls.
- Installing corporate signage for each section.

Challenges and solutions
Installing a slatted wall into an area with an exposed ceiling – The fire and mechanical services created areas where the slats cannot be fixed to the ceiling.
Running a job where there is no loading space and limited parking.
Communicating with team members in different states and countries Dubai, UK and Sydney.
By Installing a suspended track from the ceiling we were able to ensure all slats could be securely attached at the same height.
Starting on site and loading/ unloading materials before 6:00 AM to ensure parking and loading spaces.
Utilizing the new Metro to make quick efficient trips into the city.
Organising regular teams meetings in advance allowed us to find times when everyone was free to discuss issues and changes.
Regular progress reports with images allowed the overseas and interstate teams to see the development in real time.
