Scope of fitout
Assist in building selection as well as the interior design and construction of an office fitout that maximised collaboration between staff, while creating a warm inviting environment for candidates.
Works included
- Design and fitout of the boardroom facilities with easy to use state of the art audio visual equipment
- Installation of a cost effective workstation solution, meaning more could be spent on ergonomic seating and adjustable monitor arms, benefiting all staff
- Provision of a breakout area were staff can relax including a fully plumbed kitchen
- Design of tailor made storage facilities, maximising the use of office space
- Sound rated office partition walls, so confidential interviews can be held.

Challenges and solutions
The final weekend of the fitout was time critical due to the relocation of furniture and IT equipment. The office had to be up and running first thing Monday morning.
Collaborative planning, leading up to the day was essential to the success of the move. Using separate teams of fitout installers allowed us to work around the clock, completing the project well before the due hour.
